If you are a UK customer we have two options for delivery:
- Royal Mail Standard Tracked- £3.99
- Premium Next Day- £8.99
- International shipping will vary depending on location.
Please note, due to restrictions we are unable to ship our Snow Spray overseas.

Standard Delivery- your order should arrive in 3-5 working days
Next Day Delivery- your order should* arrive the next working day if you have ordered before 2pm on a weekday. Delivery is excluded on public holidays. Next Day delivery is only available for UK Mainland. If your postal code is out of this area and you have chosen this service your order will be put onto our Economy Express service and you should expect to recieve it within 2-3 working days depending on location.
*Please note although the service is next day, it isn't a guaranteed.

Should you wish to return your item we kindly ask that you follow the below steps:

❄Once received our team will work to process your return and action a refund or exchange. Please allow up to 14 days for your return to be processed.
