Standard Delivery- your order should arrive in 3-5 working days
Next Day Delivery- your order should* arrive the next working day if you have ordered before 2pm on a weekday. Delivery is excluded on public holidays. Next Day delivery is only available for UK Mainland. If your postal code is out of this area and you have chosen this service your order will be put onto our Economy Express service and you should expect to recieve it within 2-3 working days depending on location.
*Please note although the service is next day, it isn't a guaranteed.

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from receiving your item to return it.
Should you wish to return your item we kindly ask that you follow the below steps:
❄Email hello@snowwindows.com with your purchase order number and reason for return.
❄Package your items up. All items must be returned in the same condition that you received it, unused and in original packaging.
❄Once received our team will work to process your return and action a refund or exchange. Please allow up to 14 days for your return to be processed.
If an item is returned to us damaged, used or in an unsuitable condition we reserve the right to refuse refund and we may have to send this back to you (and ask you to cover the additional delivery costs). All items are inspected upon return, in order to receive a refund we ask that all returns must be in the same condition that you receive it unused and in it's original packaging.
We do not accept returns for unwanted items after the relevant returns period has passed, if you attempt to make a return we may have to send this back to the original delivery address and ask you to cover the additional delivery costs.
