Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from receiving your item to return it.

Should you wish to return your item we kindly ask that you follow the below steps:

❄Email hello@snowwindows.com with your purchase order number and reason for return.

❄Package your items up. All items must be returned in the same condition that you received it, unused and in original packaging.

❄Once received our team will work to process your return and action a refund or exchange. Please allow up to 14 days for your return to be processed.

If an item is returned to us damaged, used or in an unsuitable condition we reserve the right to refuse refund and we may have to send this back to you (and ask you to cover the additional delivery costs). All items are inspected upon return, in order to receive a refund we ask that all returns must be in the same condition that you receive it unused and in it's original packaging.

We do not accept returns for unwanted items after the relevant returns period has passed, if you attempt to make a return we may have to send this back to the original delivery address and ask you to cover the additional delivery costs.

 

Responsibility

Returned items are your responsibility until they arrive with us, please make sure they are packaged securely so they don't get damaged along the way! Please ensure you get proof of postage just in case you need to contact us about your return.

We want to ensure your goods arrive promptly therefore it is your responsibilty to ensure the delivery address inputted at checkout is correct. If your order is returned due to insufficient address details we may ask you to cover the costs of redelivery.

We are not responsible for items returned to us by mistake, if these are located and you wish these to be sent back to you we will ask you to cover the additional delivery costs.

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds

You will be notified once we have received and inspected your return, and to let you know if the refund was approved or not. We aim to process refunds within 14 days from receiving your return.

All refunds will be processed back to the original payment method and may take 2-5 working days for the funds to clear.

Please note delivery fees and all made to order items are non-refundable.
