what is your refund policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days from receiving your item to return it.
Should you wish to return your item we kindly ask that you follow the below steps:
❄Email email@example.com with your purchase order number and reason for return.
❄Package your items up. All items must be returned in the same condition that you received it, unused and in original packaging.
❄Once received our team will work to process your return and action a refund or exchange. Please allow up to 14 days for your return to be processed.
If an item is returned to us damaged, used or in an unsuitable condition we reserve the right to refuse refund and we may have to send this back to you (and ask you to cover the additional delivery costs). All items are inspected upon return, in order to receive a refund we ask that all returns must be in the same condition that you receive it unused and in it's original packaging.
We do not accept returns for unwanted items after the relevant returns period has passed, if you attempt to make a return we may have to send this back to the original delivery address and ask you to cover the additional delivery costs.

Returned items are your responsibility until they arrive with us, please make sure they are packaged securely so they don't get damaged along the way! Please ensure you get proof of postage just in case you need to contact us about your return.
We want to ensure your goods arrive promptly therefore it is your responsibilty to ensure the delivery address inputted at checkout is correct. If your order is returned due to insufficient address details we may ask you to cover the costs of redelivery.
We are not responsible for items returned to us by mistake, if these are located and you wish these to be sent back to you we will ask you to cover the additional delivery costs.
You will be notified once we have received and inspected your return, and to let you know if the refund was approved or not. We aim to process refunds within 14 days from receiving your return.
All refunds will be processed back to the original payment method and may take 2-5 working days for the funds to clear.
Please note delivery fees and all made to order items are non-refundable.

Can I amend my order?
If you wish to add, change or remove an item from your order please contact us immediately and we will try our best to accommodate your request.
Our Customer Success team operate until 18:00 Monday-Friday, if your query has come in after this time please do not panic, your request will be picked up on the next working day.
If you wish to add an additional item to your order, we will require the additional payment to be made before this can be despatched.
Unfortunately we are unable to amend your order after it has been despatched.
